5. General Manager Contract Renewal 2010 Closed Session

(Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, the Committee will consider contract negotiation for renewal of the General Manager’s contract.)

6. General Counsel Contract Advertisement Process Closed Session

(Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, the Committee will consider contract negotiation for advertising the General Counsel’s contract.)

7. Reconvene to Open Session

(The Chair will report on the Closed Session.)

8. Adjournment

(Any member of the public may address the Committee at the commencement of the meeting on any matter within the jurisdiction of the Committee. This should not relate to any item on the agenda.
